Indoor Arena @ TSV
Besides the daily Open Riding based on availability in the indoor; there is scheduled Open Riding 8: am – 8: pm.winter  hrs. till 9pm   Swipe cards will be given at time of purchasing Memberships or stall rentals with have private codes. Swipe card system will be explained at time of service. No additional people are to be allowed access into the building on that card or private codes.   If swipe cards are misplaced or lost additional cost of $5.00 per card will be reissued.  The ground will be groomed and watered on a need to basis Monday-Friday in the evenings and on Sat-Sun in mornings.  Scheduled Grooming Mon, Wed, Fri ~  Sat or Sun!

Outdoor Arenas: (roping, dressage, and jumping)
These arenas are generally available Monday - Sunday, 8:00 am - dusk for Open Riding, unless there is a prior event scheduled in the respective arena.  .  *These arena surfaces will be used "as is", for Open Riding; grooming and watering of arena surface is not guaranteed prior to your use for riding.  They will be groomed and watered on a regular basis Monday-Friday in the evenings and on Sat-Sun in mornings. 

  FACILITY Rental  

Ø       INDOOR ARENA~ Full Day (8 hrs) $500.00 with cleaning Deposit of $100.00. Reservation Deposit of $250.00. 30 day minimum cancellation notice. Deposit will be non refundable if not in written or documented. Up to 8 hour day

Ø       INDOOR ARENA~ ½ Day (5 HRS) $300.00 with a Deposit of $75.00. Reservation Deposit of $150.00. 30 day minimum cancellation notice. Deposit will be non refundable if not in written or documented. Up to 8 hour day.

Ø        OUTDOOR ROPING ARENA ~ Full Day (8hrs) $375.00 with cleaning Deposit of $75.00. Reservation Deposit of $150.00. 30 day minimum cancellation notice. Deposit will be non refundable if not in written or documented. Up to 8 hour day

Ø        OUTDOOR ROPING ARENA ~ ½ Day (5hrs) $250.00 with cleaning Deposit of $75.00. Reservation Deposit of $100.00. 30 day minimum cancellation notice. Deposit will be non refundable if not in written or documented. Up to 8 hour day

Ø        DRESSAGE &OUTDOOR JUMPING ARENA $300.00 with cleaning Deposit of $75.00. Reservation Deposit of $150.00. 30 day minimum cancellation notice. Deposit will be non refundable if not in written or documented. Up to 8 hour day

Ø        DRESSAGE &OUTDOOR JUMPING ARENA ~ ½ Day (5hrs) $200.00 with cleaning Deposit of $75.00. Reservation Deposit of $100.00. 30 day minimum cancellation notice. Deposit will be non refundable if not in written or documented. Up to 8 hour day

Ø       Any time after the initial reservation usage, will be charged at the regular $45.00 hourly rate.

Ø       Price’s are subject to change and due to availability.

Ø       When Renting the Facility all Stall Shavings hay ~ Money is retained by TSV .

Ø       All contract and waivers must be sign by Owners and Coordinators before Events’ commences.

Ø       Additional Insurance may need to be acquired

CLUBHOUSE  IS AVAILABLE FOR CONFERENCE'S, PARTIES, GATHERINGS $45.00 HR. w/cleaning deposit of $75.00. Please call for availability.

 

 Stall & RV Rent:

 

Ø       For EVENTS or  SHOWS ~the stall rent will be $25.00 per day per horse ~ BARN A OR BARN B

Ø       For EVENTS or SHOWS ~the pasture/ turn out pens will be $10.00 per day/ per horse.

Ø       For EVENTS or SHOWS~ un-covered stall/ panels will be $15.00 per day/ per horse-1 horse per stall.
