Memberships’, waivers’ and Swipe Cards will be signed and paid for in full upon riding @ TSV.
Trainer’s Fee = $15/lesson Commercial trainers & clinicians are welcome during open riding or E.A.U times to give ground lessons only Non-Member Guest Riders - $15/ea. ride on boarded horse (this includes riders taking lessons on boarded horse that are already assigned to owner or stall/horse) invoices will be distributed at the end of each month and must be paid upon receipt. No Refunds, No exceptions, Regardless of how often to you ride
These memberships give you rights to wash racks in the west wing & restrooms YOU MUST CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF!!.
YOUR SWIPE CARD ALLOWS ONLY YOUR ACCESS INTO THE BUILDING. ANY VISITORS WOULD NEED TO SIGN WAIVERS UP ENTERANCE UNLESS THEY ARE ALREADY A MEMBER.

Exclusive Arena Times: E.A.U.
MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY E.A.U. MAY BE BOOKED BETWEEN 8AM -6PM. (1 hour minimum) OPEN RIDE ~ 6PM-9PM (no e.a.u booking permitted) TUESDAY & THURSDAY E.A.U MAY BE BOOKED BETWEEN 6PM-9PM (1hr minimum) OPEN RIDE ~ 8AM-6PM (no e.a.u booking permitted) SATURDAY & SUNDAY E.A.U MAY BE BOOKED BETWEEN 7AM -3PM. (1 hour minimum) OPEN RIDE ~ 3PM-9PM (no e.a.u booking permitted)Ø Exclusive Arena Time can be retained for an additional fee for $25.00 (1hr minimum/4 hr maximum) slot time. (Valid only to members and Boarders and dues are paid by the 1st each month no exceptions/ Invoices will given end of month and must be paid upon receipt.) Ø Exclusive Times will begin from the time the reservation time is schedule to the end when the time reservation
ends means set up and removal of aids .
Ø During our Winter season (Oct .15 – May 30) these Exclusive slots are beneficial due to the increased activity. Ø Please reserve time only if you plan to use it, so that everyone who wishes to use the arena/facility can. SLOT TIMES NEED TO BE BOOKED 1 Week in advance.Cancelation policy 24 hour notice. If notice is NOT GIVEN you will be required to pay slot time.
Ø The exclusivity lets you have your equipment in the arena during your slot time. IF EQUIPMENT IS BROUGHT INTO OPEN RIDING TIME WITH UNSCHEDULED SLOT TIME YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE HOUR OR HOURS.
Ø When reserving, please remember that use of this Private facility needs to be respected for our equine usage
Open Riding Ø Open Riding is permitted in all outdoor arenas and indoor. (Open riding is only allowed if the respective arena’s if not previously reserved for an Event or EAU/Slot Time). Ø Riding hours vary; however, there is typically an open arena to use between Monday Friday 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.(winter hrs till 9pm) Sat– Sunday 7:AM - 9PM. The Arena @TSV reserves the right to schedule an event at any time. Riders must follow all open riding rules while using the arenas. Our events calendar www.thearena-tsv.com can change with little or no notice.
Open Riding Rules Ø Use proper pleasure riding etiquette at all times, to include using common courtesy with all other riders. Ø It is the responsibility of the more experienced riders to "watch out" for the novice riders and children. Ø Riding/behavior lessons are not allowed during Open Riding, Lunging only in corners.

Ø Roping, barrel racing,mechanical cow, jumping, trick riding, racing, buckets, rails, trash cans, rails and similar activities are prohibited during Open Riding. EAU/SLOT TIMES MUST BE BOOKED FOR THESE DISIPLINES. Even if the arena is not in use. REVISED 2/1/11
Ø Horses must be tied to provided, hitching rails located outside the arena railing/ NO TIEING INSIDE ARENA. Please control chewing and pawing.
Ø The rail is for horses being ridden; mounting, dismounting in corners or in staging area stool in Arena in premitted, conversations need to be in middle of arena or outside in staging area of arena.
Ø Anyone not on horseback must be outside the arena railing.
Ø All riders are responsible for cleanup of their horses; all manure is to be placed in provided bins located near arenas. Ø This is a Private owned Facility – You have riding Privileges’ please respect Operations of TSV and enjoy the Ride. Ø Absolutely No tolerance to abuse any animal – Privileges will be revoked!
Ø Arena @ TSV has the Right to refuse any one being and Revoke any Stall Rental or Memberships up these list of rules and regulation privileges’ listed .
Ø All children 18 & under must be a companied by and adult & waiver/release must be signed.
Ø No notice, so it is always advisable to contact us www.thearena-tsv.com before loading up to come to the Arena @TSV. Notice: If you would like to come in and ride prior to an Event scheduled for that day, please be sure you are finished at least two hours before the event begins. The event preparation has priority and could take longer than two hours. Renting the Facility for an event the ground will be worked and watered your event needs.
