Self serve Boarding: w/available caretaking
All boarding is due with deposit of $100.00. Non refundable cleaning deposit. Thirty day (30) notice must be given if terminated for any reason or Removing Equine from Facility. Absolutely No Refunds or discounts for removing any time during the month. Prorated upon arrival if needed. First and last months boarding payment will be requested.
(1) Horse per stall assigned to (1) person.

BARN A ~ Stall w/Run Winter & Summer Months $300.00
BARN B ~ Stall w/Run Winter & Summer Months $300.00 only if barn A is full otherwise closed
PASTURE LOTS ~ Available 6 Outside 1/2 ac pasture's heated water/tree cover only SOLD OUT assigned to (1) membership. If the individual person physically owns additional horses - those Equine(s) can be boarded additional cost of $25.00 a head in same pasture and still obtain open Riding privileges on those head. Stall Rules and Privileges:
Ø Stalls shall be cleaned by Renter a of every day or as required by management to avoid smell and unsightly appearance. Stall waist shall be deposited into receptacles provided by management. revised 10/3/11
Ø Failure to maintain renter’s stall shall result in Management to maintain @ $45.00 hr.
Ø Stall Bedding shall be changed by Renter a minimum of once a week or as required by management to avoid urine smell and unsightly appearance Stall waist shall be deposited into receptacles provided by management. Failure to maintain renter’s stall shall result in renter’s removal and loss of deposit.
Ø Stalls renter shall be responsible for the health and welfare of their horse and or guest
Ø One horse per stall including stalls with walkout, no guest horses except for scheduled events.
Ø Horses shall be fed and watered a minimum of once a day(stalls need to be cleaned twice a day and horse are advised to be feed 2x day to avoid chewing on the stalls.) revised 10/3/11
Ø No more than 2 bails of feed, 2 bails of shaving and 1 container for grain shall be stationed in front of stall
Ø All Isle ways are to be kept clear tack rooms are inside stalls.
Ø No Smoking in the Stall areas or Arena
Ø No alcohol is allowed on the premises of The Arena at Saddleback unless by permission of management for special events
Ø Stall Renter is to be responsible for cleaning area in front of stall to the center line of the isle way
Ø Stall Renter is to be responsible for cleaning of horse wash stations after each use and all waists shall be deposited into receptacles provided by management
Ø Stall Renter may have the use of all arenas and turnouts between the hours of 8am-8pm. Unless Special Events are scheduled by Operations mgmt.
Ø Stall Renter is responsible for checking with Operations management of list of scheduled events.
Ø Operators shall groom and water arenas as weather permits once a day and once prior to Event on time slot of during am and pm hours.
Ø Stall Renters shall have no exclusivity uses of arenas except for Events.
Ø Stall Renters shall remove any and all apparatus from arenas upon the end of their daily/practice use immediately and returned them to designated storage areas.
Ø Stall Renters shall work diligently to share the arenas amongst mixed riding disciplines
Ø Indoor arena shall be made available for Rental “Events at any time for the set fees. Summer and winter schedules may change locations of “Events”.
Ø The Arenas and round pen shall not be used as a turnout at any time.
Ø Stall Renters are allowed and encouraged to invite guest to watch and visit at the arena but no guest horses are allowed except rented Events and for the published fee.
Ø Feed and shaving orders shall be placed on the placard 24 hrs in advance for delivery by TSV operations to stall for the published fee of $10.00 per account. All bails of hay are at market value. Shavings are sold for $8.00 a bag.
Ø Stall Renters shall have the right to use any Vet of their choice. All sick horses shall be removed or quarantined. Current coggins and vet check shall be require prior to stall/pasture rental and annual coggins and vet checks required thereafter.
Ø Stall Renters shall have the right to store their horse trailer on site in the designated trailer storage area. Snow removal for trailer access is provided by The Arena @ TSV.
Ø Indoor Arena Barn A shall be heated during the winter to maximum of 39-42 degrees’. All times even during Winter months.
Ø Additional lights will be charged for Full lighting access of $45.00 hr.
Ø Stall Renters are allowed and encouraged to invite guests to watch and visit at the arena but no guest horses are allowed except during reserved Events and for the published fee. All guests must sign liability waiver upon entering The Arena at Saddleback
E. Stall rental does not give Renter the right or privilege to use any of the facilities at The Arena @ TSV other than for the horse listed in 7. Renter Contact Information: Any other horse invited by the stall Renter shall pay the published membership rates. Failure to pay the membership rates/ fee shall result in termination of this Rental agreement and forfeiture of all rents and deposits. A NON MEMBER whom takes lessons off a boarded horse needs to pay a NON MEMBER FEE of $15. / Ea ride
OUT SIDE CLINICIANS COMING INTO THE FACILITY to teach LESSONS to existing BOARDERS AND MEMBERS must sign all waivers with guests upon giving lessons with reserved slot time of $25.00 hr. All guest waivers must please be signed as your guests enter the facility this is TSV policy.
If you the Stall Renter choose to hire outside additional people to feed and assist you and your Horse. Those funds/transactions are bewteen you and the individuals'. The feeding assistants must sign TSV waivers before contracting.
NOTE: THERE WILL BE AN ADDTIONAL MANURE DISPOSAL FEE OF $50.00 PER HORSE PER MONTH
YOU ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO SELF DUMP YOUR MANURE AT THE NORTH END OF THE FACILITY ON THE RAMP. WE USE OUR TRACTOR AND TIME FOR THIS SERVICE TO ACCOMIDATE YOU DURING RAIN SNOW AND SHINE!!!

EQUINE CARETAKING- availability $ upon Request
This service provides: Feeding twice daily 6-7:30am & 5-6:30pm, blanketing am/ pm, 6am or evening turn outs after 5PM, 2 times daily stall maintenance.,Owner Must Supply Supplements/Grain and Hay- This is included in Feeding Program.

Self serve Boarders can bring your own Hay /shavings. Self serve boarders – Can bring own products and store as needed up to 1 ton each month. and or Purchase Shavings from TSV by Pallet

We are your equine caretakers only. We do not clean up after persons in barn or arena OR dismantle equipment.
ASUMPTION OF RISK AND LIABILITY RELEASE FORM
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK
I/we intend to participate in equestrian activities sponsored by or affiliated with The Arena at Saddleback and or Teton Saddleback Vistas LLC. I am fully aware that certain inherent and unavoidable risks and dangers are involved in any equestrian activity. I understand that these risks, hazards, and dangers could result in my injury, discomfort, illness, disease, death, or damage to my personal property.
ACCEPTANCE OF RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY
Being aware that these activities entail risks, hazards and dangers, I agree to accept and assume all responsibility and risks for any injury, discomfort, illness, disease, death and damage to personal property arising from my participation in these activities. My participation in these activities is purely voluntary, no one is forcing me to participate, and I elect to participate fully aware of the risks, hazards, and dangers.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration of being permitted to participate in these activities, I agree, pursuant to the limitations on liability pertaining to equestrian activities contained in Title 6, Chapter 18, Idaho Code, not to hold The Arena at Saddleback and or Teton Saddleback Vistas LLC nor its members, volunteers, officers, or agents liable for any injury or damage to my person or property.
I HEREBY VOLUNTARILY RELEASE the Arena at TSV and or Teton Saddleback Vistas LLC and JULIE & LANE BREAUX-LAROSE,
IT’S MEMBERS, VOLUNTEERS, OFFICERS, INSURERS OR OTHER AGENTS, FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACTIONS, OR RIGHTS OF ACTION WHICH ARE RELATED TO OR ARISE IN ANY MANNER OUT OF MY PARTICIPATION IN THESE ACTIVITIES AND MAINTAING CARE OF THERE EQUINES LOCATED OF SAID PREMISSIS. This release of liability includes, but is not limited to any negligent act or omissions of The Arena at Saddleback and or Teton Saddleback Vistas LLC AND JULIE AND LANE BREAUX-LAROSE, its members, officers, volunteers, insurers, or other agents, which may result in my personal injury, discomfort, illness, disease, death, and damage to my property or equine death.
THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY ALSO EXPRESSLY EXTENDS TO, AND INCLUDES THE OWNERS/PROPRIETORS OF ANY PREMISES OR FACILITY AT WHICH THE EQUESTRIAN ACTIVITIES ARE HELD.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF EFFECT OF THIS RELEASE AND AGREEMENT
I understand and acknowledge that by signing this document, I have given up substantial legal rights and/or possible claims which I might otherwise assert or maintain in the future including, but not limited to legal rights and claims for negligent acts or omission of The Arena at Saddleback and or Teton Saddleback Vistas LLC, its members, officers, volunteers, insurers or other agents and the owners/proprietors of the premises and facility. I further agree that the laws of the state of
Idaho shall govern the terms and effects of this agreement and that proper venue will be the courts of Idaho.
I HAVE READ THIS PARTICIPANTS ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LIABILITY RELEASE FORM AND UNDERSTAND ALL OF ITS TERMS. I EXECUTE IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE OR GURARENTEE BEING MADE TO ME AND WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF ITS SIGNIFICANCE.
